Westhampton United Methodist Women
The United Methodist Women’s main focus is mission. It is comprised of five circles of ten to fifteen members each. Two circles meet in the evening and three during the day. The circles also provide an opportunity for fellowship, sharing, and caring, especially for members who are unable to leave their homes. UMW sponsors the annual Harvest Day, a bazaar, as a fundraising activity. The group also provides generous support for the operation of the kitchen and for physical enhancements around the church. They sponsor the annual church-wide picnic held in June at Deep Run Park.
Programs of the circles and the UMW have a focus on prayer and worship in addition to contributions made to district, conference and worldwide missions. The sewing group, an arm of the UMW, provides kits and blankets for both local and world mission. Co-chairs of United Methodist Women are betty Allen and Susan Brown. Information about the UMW and its circles is available by contacting the church office at (804) 288-4903.

Westhampton United Methodist Men
This is an organization of the men of the church who meet monthly at the church for dinner and a program. The progams focus on both sectarian and non-sectarian issues or topics. The fundraising activity of the UMM is the Annual Brunswick Stew held on a Saturday in late October of each year. The proceeds from this activity support enhancements to the church and its grounds and sponsorship of the church team in the summer softball league. Members have fellowship and worship as part of their programs. Fellowship is enhanced through grounds work at the church, painting and general repairs around the property. United Methodist Men’s President is Dave Benson. Information about the UMM is available by call the church office at (804) 288-4903.
