The task of the Care Team is Loving Christ,
or
“What are we doing to encourage each other and offer Christ’s love?"

This is the nurturing arm of Westhampton.

Its goals include:


• Providing fellowship opportunities
• Caring for persons who are hospitalized or shut-in
• Sponsoring programs centered on the mental, physical, and spiritual health of the community, maintaining a strong prayer ministry.

  Intergenerational Wednesday Evenings
  Once a month, the Nurture Team (Congregational Care), sponsors an extremely popular Wednesday evening meal and intergenerational program. Past programs have included a talent show, instructional dancing, an evening with clowns, ice cream social, working our memories, local heroes, hobby night, an all-birthday celebration, and youth drama and worship. Donations for meals are received. This is a specially popular event for guests.
